Ciix Lauches Irish Bend’s FIRST EVER TAPROOM AFTERS!

Some shows are memorable because of the music. Others become memorable because they mark the beginning of something new.
On Saturday, July 25, 2026, One of Cleveland’s own CIIX officially opened the inaugural Taproom Afters at Irish Bend Taproom, becoming the first artist to headline what organizers hope will become a recurring live music series.
Fresh off being named Cleveland’s 2026 Best Female Vocalist, CIIX brought two completely different experiences to the evening. The night began with an intimate acoustic performance before transitioning into a full-band electric set that showcased the band’s heavier side. Dressed almost entirely in black, the group delivered a polished performance that balanced emotion with energy, giving the packed room plenty to cheer about.
The atmosphere felt less like a typical bar performance and more like a community gathering. Fans filled the taproom, singing along, grabbing drinks, and celebrating the launch of a new chapter for one of Cleveland’s local venues.
One of the evening’s most memorable moments came during the debut of the selected beer dubbed the “CIIX Shandy” for the event. The limited release added a unique touch to the celebration and highlighted the growing partnership between Ciix and all the amazing bands that will pass through Irish Bend Taproom with many more to come afters.
Beyond the performance itself, the evening demonstrated how local venues and artists can work together to create experiences that extend beyond the stage. With acoustic storytelling, an energetic electric set, and a room full of supporters, the first Taproom Afters successfully established its identity from day one.
If this debut is any indication, the series is off to a strong start and CIIX has earned the distinction of being the first band to help define what Taproom Afters can become.
